Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Fun Mahjong Pong handles information when you use the App. It applies to the App and related support communications.

2. Information stored on your device

The App stores gameplay information locally, including levels, scores, times, stars, energy, hints, shuffles, check-ins, share-reward status, settings, selected language, profile name, and avatar selection.

Local information remains on your device unless you choose a feature that transmits it, such as cloud progress or sharing. You can remove local information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

3. Device language and technical information

The App reads your device language to choose a default display language. This selection can be changed in Settings.

The App itself does not currently operate a separate analytics service. If analytics or crash reporting is added, this Policy and the applicable store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.

4. Optional platform cloud progress

On supported native devices, the App can synchronize player name, avatar selection, selected language, unlocked levels, stars, records, and best completion times through iCloud on iOS or Google Play Games Saved Games on Android. The browser version keeps progress locally and does not use these platform cloud services.

Apple or Google authenticates the platform account and stores the cloud save under its own terms and privacy policy. The App does not request your email address, display name, or account password for cloud progress. Platform cloud data can be managed through the applicable Apple or Google account and device controls.

5. Rewarded advertising

If rewarded advertising is enabled, the App uses Google AdMob to deliver optional rewarded ads. Google AdMob may process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, secure, and limit advertisements.

Rewarded ads are optional. Declining an ad means you will not receive the associated in-game reward. Available privacy choices may also be provided by your device, store, or advertising provider.

6. Sharing

When you choose to share, the App may open your device’s sharing interface or a selected third-party app. The service you choose controls the information you submit to it under its own privacy policy.

The App does not access your contacts merely because you open the sharing interface.

7. How information is used

Information is used to provide gameplay, save preferences and progress, deliver requested rewards, synchronize optional cloud progress, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, comply with law, and improve the App.

8. Disclosure of information

Information may be shared with service providers that support features you request, such as app stores, iCloud, Google Play Games, advertising providers, and sharing services.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the App, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a business transfer. Service providers are expected to protect information consistently with their obligations and applicable law.

9. Retention and deletion

Local gameplay information is retained until you clear App data or uninstall the App. Optional platform cloud information is retained and can be managed under the controls and retention rules provided by Apple or Google.

To request access to or deletion of information controlled by the developer, use the developer support contact on the App’s store listing. The developer may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally required.

10. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. However, no device, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

11. Children

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact the developer so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

12. International processing

Third-party services may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

13. Your choices and rights

You can change language, sound, vibration, advertising choices, and optional cloud features in the App or device settings where available. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.

14. Policy changes and contact

This Policy may be updated as the App or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown above.
